Thad Allen
Thad graduated from Florida State University with a Bachelor's degree in Real Estate. He understands the importance of maintaining appreciating assets, such as homes.
After graduating he worked in sod sales, then got a year of commercial real estate brokerage experience. The whole time, he was running an exterior cleaning business as a side hustle. He enjoyed the soft washing and pressure washing more than the rest of it, and considered it his best skill set of the services he offered, so it became the only thing he does.
Thad enjoys the sense of community that serving others brings.
